We offer a 14-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us via email - inmygirlerauk@gmail.com to initiate a return.
In my girl era dispatch boxes to arrive on the last Thursday of every month however we can not guarantee that the courier will deliver on the exact day.
New subscribers: we will pack and dispatch your first box immediately with standard shipping typically taking 3-5 working days. After this you will be automatically added to the next dispatch slot (delivery on or around the last Thursday of the month).
- If the first two boxes are due less than a month apart (this will depend on when you placed your initial order) you can contact us via the website or email and we can discuss options ortherwise you will receive the 2nd box in the same month. However it will be a different box due to the month end so you won’t have the same box twice! :) & it 3rd box will follow as normal on the following month (last Thursday of the month).
Yes, we ship worldwide. Although International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location.
